Preliminary Competition Schedule
This is the preliminary schedule for the 17th International Johannes Brahms Competition 2010 at Pörtschach. All information is subject to change!
All competition rounds are open to the public. Free entrance to the first and second round.
All participants, their accompanists and family members enjoy free entrance to all competition rounds (for the final concert at Casino Velden, free tickets are reserved for participants only).
Entrance fees:
Finals Viola, Lied, Chamber Music, Piano: 5 EUR each
Finals Violin and Cello: 15 EUR
Combined ticket for all final rounds: 20 EUR
Final concert at Velden: 19 EUR
Tickets available at the competition venues, from Pörtschach Info and from Casino Velden.

After registration, the drawing to determine the sequence of appearance will commence. Attendance is compulsory. If you are unable to report to Pörtschach Information in time, please contact the competition office.

The registration takes place at "Pörtschach Information" adjacent to the municipal office, which is just opposite Pörtschach train station.

The competition venue "Casineum Velden" (prize winners' concert) is at Casino Velden in the town of Velden am Wörthersee, west of Pörtschach. Trains and busses are available, see www.oebb.at (travel time by train is about 5-7 minutes).
